Hide & Seek Recovery, its storage facilities and its Recovery Agents are fully-licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. All of our Recovery Agents are also licensed by RISC, through their CARS (Certified Asset Recovery Specialist) national program. The CARS certification covers asset (collateral) recovery, skiptracing, ethics and communication, defensive driving and tow truck operation and insurance coverage. This certification must be maintained through annual continuing education, which provides our customers with confidence in our continued expertise.
